The new chassis and construction method created specifically for CarGO COMPACT is unique and delivers unrivalled strength while achieving a significant weight saving. A fully developed range of options for CarGO COMPACT provides class leading flexibility allowing you to be very specific with your requirement.

 

  • Unique chassis construction has maximum strength and lowest weight in class.

  • Trailer is no wider than standard 4x4, vans and pickup towing vehicles.

  • Maximum flexibility provided by numerous standard features.

  • Loading ramps in Aluminium are light and strong, with side loading feature.

  • High specification includes spare wheel as standard.

  • Flush bed design protects deck material from damage when loading with forklift machinery.

  • Low centre of gravity, high stability

  • Aluminium extruded sides (option) are light and far stronger than steel.

  • No moving parts in light system, all fully protected and securely mounted.

  • Combining tubes and highly specialised pressings creates a chassis that is exceptionally light and yet very tough. The chassis has outer sections to protect the deck from excessive abrasion.
  • Given the variety of machinery, equipment and supplies that are expected to be carried the CarGO COMPACT makes many tie-down points available as standard fit, both inboard and underside roping hooks.
  • Each 18mm thickness phenolic marine ply board is directly supported around the entire edge as well as across the centres. Heavy items and machines can be loaded without damage to the bed.
  • The ‘low-rider’ running gear is designed to deliver extremely stable towing performance, reduced loading angles for machinery and critically, an easy loading height for manual loading operations.
  • A front bulkhead mounted wiring socket allows for a suzi style lead to be connected to the towing vehicle. This system minimises the risk of damage to wiring loom and is an additional security feature. A spare wheel and tyre is also standard.
           

 

OPTIONAL equipment and features include Gas Spring assist tail ramp, Manual winch with roller guide, Hinged quick release sides, Quick deploy kick down stands, Side or rear aluminium loading ramps, Ladder rack, Drop sides and headboard.
